How to use this resource
Follow the steps below to get the most out of the WiHPC Road Map:
Step 1: Download the WiHPC Road Map to Action Template., opens in a new tab
Step 2: Complete the WiHPC Road Map Self‑Assessment Tool, opens in a new tab. You will receive an automated report (see graphic below) with your assessment score.
Step 3: Record your scores for each of the key areas within your WiHPC Road Map to Action Template.
Step 4: Explore the WiHPC Road Map, opens in a new tab to discover recommended activities and supporting resources.
Step 5: Create some clear actions, with timelines and targeted personnel and key accountabilities. Select and record the activities you plan to complete in your WiHPC Road Map to Action Template. You can also view the Leaky Pipeline, opens in a new tab for targeted developmental activities.
Step 6: Begin implementing your chosen activities.
Step 7: Re‑complete the self‑assessment to track progress and measure improvements as part of your review and reporting process.
