Resources

Within the Outstanding People & Organisations priority area, Australia’s High Performance 2032+ Sport Strategy (HP2032+ or the Strategy) emphasises the need to establish benchmark diversity and belonging data to build highly capable organisations that attract, develop and retain diverse talent to maximise human potential across the High Performance (HP) workforce. A workforce mapping project was conducted early in 2024 to gain a greater understanding of the depth, breadth, experience and diversity of the:

  1. Australian HP Sports Physiotherapy Network
  2. Australian HP Soft Tissue Therapy Network

194 Physiotherapists and 58 Soft Tissue Therapists met the criteria to participate in the project.
