Performance Support
The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) mission is to lead and enable a united high performance (HP) system that supports Australian athletes/teams to achieve podium success.
Performance support practitioners have a deep understanding of the fundamental elements of performance, working with coaches and athletes to manipulate and fine-tune these elements to enhance performance outcomes.
This webpage provides technical information, resources and development opportunities for practitioners and their leaders to support the continuous improvement of our Performance Support people, teams and systems nationally.
Our aim is to ensure Australian athletes achieve their performance goals because they engage with world-leading performance support that provides extraordinary impact for enduring success.
