Flying Disc
Disc Golf, opens in a new tab. Disc golf is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee®. The object of the game is to complete each hole in the fewest number throws.
Freestyle, opens in a new tab. Performing creative, artistic and athletic moves with flying discs is the essence of freestyle. Competitive freestyle combines aspects of gymnastics and dance with the basic game of throw and catch.
Double Disc Court (DDC), opens in a new tab. Double Disc Court (DDC) is a two-person team sport that blends strategy and agility. Teams defend a court and aim to throw two discs into the opposing court, scoring points when the other team fails to catch or throws out of bounds. The game is fast-paced and requires quick reflexes and coordination.
Guts, opens in a new tab. Guts is one of the team events in the flying disc sports. It is played by two teams of five players each.
Discathon, opens in a new tab. Discathon combines running and throwing skills in a cross-country race. Players navigate a course with various checkpoints, aiming to complete it in the shortest time. Discathon tests endurance, strategy, and disc control, with players balancing speed and accuracy.

Maximum Time Aloft (MTA), opens in a new tab. The aim is to keep a disc in the air for as long as possible.
Throw, Run and Catch (TRC), opens in a new tab. The aim is to throw the disc as far as possible and still be able to catch it.
Accuracy, opens in a new tab. Accuracy challenges players to demonstrate their throwing precision by hitting a series of targets from various distances. This sport emphasizes control, focus, and consistency, rewarding players for their ability to make accurate throws under different conditions.

- Ulti-Mates. Primary school program. Develops the skills and confidence for children to get involved in Ultimate Frisbee.
- Fly. Secondary school program. Uses a games-based approach to introduce Year 7 and 8 students to the fun and emerging team sport of Ultimate Frisbee.
