Canoe/kayak was an Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) scholarship sport from 1988 to 2013.
The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) provided Canoe / Kayak scholarships and programs from 1988 to 2013.
The sprint program was based in Queensland, but the slalom program begun in Tasmania before moving to Sydney International Regatta Centre in New South Wales.
