Softball
Softball was an Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) scholarship sport from 1993 to 2013.
The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) scholarship program for softball commenced in 1993.
The program was designed to support elite softball athletes with training, wellbeing, and development opportunities.
During 2013, the AIS transitioned out of athlete scholarships and sport programs. Responsibility for coaches, athletes and programs was transferred to the principal National Sporting Organisation for softball at the time.
This page includes athletes who were on AIS scholarship for at least three months consecutively. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that the information is accurate and comprehensive.
