Note that the delivery of the program can be modified by the number of sessions, up to a maximum of 8 weeks.

Active Deaf Kids General

Program combines a range of fun physical activities introducing the sport including learning the technical and tactical elements of the chosen sports. We have trained staff who are able to facilitate sport specific activities.

The program may also include the development of hand-eye coordination, catching and throwing, stability and balance, speed and agility as well as jumping and landing skills.

The school is required to provide sports equipment, DSA facilitators will bring some extra equipment.

Active Deaf Kids Sports Specific, partnering with national sporting organisations (NSO)

This may include the development of hand-eye coordination, catching and throwing, stability and balance, speed and agility as well as jumping and landing skills. The NSO programs enable further skill development learning over the program.

Some NSOs offer separate sport equipment purchase options.
