Splash Nation is available for primary school students in Year 5 and 6, and secondary school students in Year 7 and 8. The program can be coach or teacher delivered and offers between 4-9 sessions.

Each lesson is made up of key skills that feature in the first two levels of the Diving Australia Levels Program, which was designed to improve participants confidence, coordination, and diving techniques.

When Diving Australia’s Splash Nation has been completed, students can continue their Levels Program journey by joining a local Diving Australia affiliated club!

Designed with input from school, club, international and Olympic level coaches, Splash Nation helps participants master essential techniques, including jumps, falls, and dives from poolside.

Splash Nation participants must meet the following requirements:

• swim 25 metres on their own
• feel comfortable in deeper water
• dive without goggles
