Wellbeing Modules
The Wellbeing Modules provide athletes with entry-level learning on a range of wellbeing & engagement topics that are important in high-performance sport.
These modules are most suited to athletes approaching or entering the high-performance pathway from a junior state level through to national representation.
The content was developed in partnership with the NIN, NSO’s and content specialists.
- Upon completion of the quiz at the end of each module, you can print/download a Certificate of Completion.

High Performance Sport in Australia
Module 1
This module helps athletes gain a foundational understanding of the High Performance Sport System and the key organisations that drive high performance sport in Australia.

Module 2
This module helps athletes increase their understanding of the choices and patience required to excel in sport, and the opportunities and obstacles they may encounter throughout their sporting journey.

Athlete Wellbeing & Engagement
Module 3
This module helps athletes better understand athlete wellbeing & engagement, and how to learn, thrive and contribute throughout their athletic journey.

Athlete Self-care
Module 4
This module helps athletes better understand the importance of self-care and learn some key strategies that enhance wellbeing.
Who this module is for: Athletes at state or national level.

Money Matters
Module 5
This module helps athletes better understand basic money management and learn techniques that lead to confident saving and debt mitigation.
