Design what participants want and how you can deliver on that

Driver of Participation: Product Design

  • Prioritise designing products that address the needs and wants of the target market; this could include
    • how you can overcome identified barriers and maximise their motivators
    • establishing how the product can develop the physical literacy of participants
    • the interaction they want with the deliverer, the tone of messaging that will be appealing, the environment and equipment that will maximise their experience
  • Then consider how you can deliver on this within your operating environment – this may mean things need to change!
