Book a program

Schools can use their funding to select from a range of sports packages on offer from our partner sports. All bookings are made via our School portal, opens in a new tab. There are a range of packages available for primary and secondary schools, including options for coach or teacher delivery.

If successful with your application, you must make a booking through our School portal, opens in a new tab by the booking close date, and the booking needs to be confirmed for your school to receive payment of the grant.

Please note: Schools without a successful Sporting Schools grant will not be able to use the portal to make a booking.Find more information about booking a program on our Help Centre, opens in a new tab.

1. If you have an approved grant, log in to the School portal, opens in a new tab
2. Select ‘Bookings’
3. Click through to make a booking from your approved grant record
4. Select whether you're requesting a coach or teacher delivered program
5. Select one of our partner sports sport packages or registered provider from the list and enter the required booking information.
