Is it possible to be in Stream 1 and also in partnership with a Council for Stream 2?

Could an activity drive participants towards an established event/competition, but the core of the program be focused on the lead in (skill development) running towards that final event?

AIS Summit Program connects world-class coaches

When the Australian Diamonds walked off the court as the 2023 Netball World Cup champions, some of the first people head coach Stacey Marinkovich celebrated with were her fellow Summit coaches.

In Stream 2 (and a multi-sport come & try event) would the application be deemed ineligible if a charitable or NFP provide a service i.e. Rotary BBQ, if the Charity/NFP were not receiving a direct donation/payment from the grant funding or LGA?
