The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) recognises the significance in creating a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion, where staff feel supported, respected and valued for their individual differences. The ASC is committed to promoting a safe environment where staff feel empowered to fully contribute their talents, experiences, thoughts and energies.
The ASC demonstrates ongoing commitment to action in the diversity, equity and inclusion space through initiatives such as our ASC Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan and our Gender Inclusivity Policy Statement. The ASC is also a proud member organisation of the Diversity Council of Australia (DCA).
The ASC is currently working on the development of our first ASC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and Framework which will further outline our high-level and aspirational goals in this space.
