The videos and stories featured on this page spotlight the journey of the Women in High Performance Coaching Project. Through personal reflections and lived experiences, you’ll hear directly from the women coaches at the heart of the project, alongside insights from leaders, executives, and high‑performance system leaders who have supported and shaped this work.
Together, these voices capture the challenges, learnings, and impact of the project, highlighting the pathways, people, and environments that help women not only enter high‑performance coaching but thrive within it.
WiHPC Events: Showcasing Women in HP Coaching

The Women in HP Coaching Showcase, November, 2022
“Connecting bold people and inspiring initiatives”
The inaugural one-day showcase engaged with coaches and sporting organisations. The aim was to:
- share WiHPC insights and
- showcase the bright spots within the HP ecosystem
- seek feedback into future direction
It involved over 90 participants and 14 organisations.

The Women in HP Coaching Showcase, November 2024
“Amplifying, Belonging, Performing”
The 2nd WiHPC Showcase targeted executives and HP leaders across the sporting landscape. The aim was to:
- provide a progress report on the Leaky Pipeline
- engage leaders to provide feedback and build momentum
- continue to engage women coaches.
It involved over 120 participants, 38 sports and 22 organisations contributed.

The VIS Women in Coaching Showcase, April 2023
The VIS held a showcase with nearly 80 participants and 20 sports with the aim to raise awareness of the WiHPC project, engage with the Victorian community and strengthen networks for women in coaching.

The QAS Showcase, May 2023
The QAS held a showcase with over 80 participants from both National and State organisations. The focus was to share the WiHPC resources, elevate bright spots within Queensland and develop networks.
