As the Wellbeing Network Lead, Bianca oversees a national network of more than 65 Wellbeing and Engagement practitioners across Australia’s high-performance sport system. She is a registered psychologist, a qualified executive coach, and an organisational development specialist with expertise in performance, wellbeing, and leadership within complex systems. Bianca brings extensive experience from both clinical and consulting settings in Australia and the UK, working across individual, team, and system levels to cultivate environments that support both excellence and sustainability.
