For this program, Chris Spinks (Nobis Group) will manage the assessment process and view reports for the purposes of individual debriefs. The participant will receive a copy of their assessment at the time of debrief, and no reports are shared with participant organisations and/or ASC. No assessment will be stored or archived, and all assessments will be deleted post program. If the participant wishes to share their report they will be required to do so personally and directly.
