Tours
Guided 90-minute tours run daily at set times - 10 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm and 2:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased at the Tours desk in the AIS Visitor Centre. School holidays can be busy, so make sure to call in advance.Pool availability
Lane hire is available to the public at the AIS Aquatic Centre. Visit our public swimming website to see lane availability in the 25m and 50m pools.Time required
We encourage you to set aside at least 2 hours to make the most of your visit at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) so you can dive into the tour, see our range of official AIS merchandise at the shop, relax at the café and more.Parking
