Australian Sports Commission is determined to have more Australians participating and excelling in sport, from grass-roots right up to the pinnacle of elite competition.

All sporting organisations and event organisers are encouraged to explore this calendar of significant dates in order to:

  • celebrate and raise awareness of diverse communities
  • meet diverse community needs and expectation and improve planning
  • create welcoming and inclusive environments
