Career Support

Delivery of a bespoke support program that includes the AIS career support services, mentorship, bespoke learning plans and communities of practice.

Facilitating HPCD WC

This executive summary highlights 18 months of work conducted through dedicated workshops with over 150 participants.

This report contains the insights and recommendations from the High Performance (HP) Coach Development Facilitation Workshops designed and delivered as part of a broader WiHPC project.

ELP REPORT

This report is a summary of the 2 year Experiential Learning Program (ELP) Pilot program. 

The ELP was designed to enhance the development experiences for women High Performance (HP) coaches through authentic workplace experiential learning, specifically international tour experiences.
