This initiative supports community sport, including participants, coaches, officials, parents and organisations, by building understanding of how to better include and support women and girls.

It aims to:

  • Work with the community sport sector to ensure actions meet real needs.
  • Highlight the unique experiences of women and girls and help others understand their role in shaping positive environments.
