This initiative supports community sport, including participants, coaches, officials, parents and organisations, by building understanding of how to better include and support women and girls.
It aims to:
- Share practical information, resources and support to help coaches and officials create safe, welcoming and fun environments.
- Work with the community sport sector to ensure actions meet real needs.
- Highlight the unique experiences of women and girls and help others understand their role in shaping positive environments.
