Where will effort be focused in this Action Plan?

Guided by the key principles of:

  • Start with what already exists

    There are already tools, templates and programs across sport. The first job is not always to build something new. Often, it is to make useful support easier to find, easier to trust and easier to use.

  • Keep it simple enough to act on

    This Action Plan needs to cut through. People should be able to see what it is about, what support is available and who has a role in making change happen

  • Back you up, not tell you what to do

    Clubs know their own people, places and processes. This Plan is not about taking that agency away, but focusing on the problems and opportunities no club can solve alone
